How to troubleshoot the Frame Grabber\Chameleon Camera Simulator not found by Vision Point

1. Make sure that Vision Point SDK is installed in the system:
- The latest version of Vision Point software for Windows OS
- The latest version of Vision Point software for Linux OS
2. Restart the computer.
Please note that for Windows 10, the shutdown is a type of Hibernate, so you need to perform a restart to initialize the card correctly.
3. Check the Board LEDs status:

4. Check if the Frame Grabber card was found in the device manager:
5. Try to change the following BIOS settings if exist:
- Enable PCIe slot
- Set the PCIe slot to gen 3.0 x 8 lanes
- Slowdown device enumeration
- Disable SR-IOV (Single-Root Virtualization)
- Fastboot to "Thorough" (or disable)
- Disable "Data Link Feature Exchange" (refer to PCI-E 4.0 issue article)
6. If all of these steps didn't help, send us following information:
- LED status found in previous steps
- Status of the board in Device Manager in Windows or lspci command in Linux
- Photo of both sides of the Frame Grabber board
- Generate full diagnostic log
