The script KYInfo.sh is located in /opt/ directory:

/opt/KAYA_Instruments/Tools/Debug tools/KYInfo.sh

Run the script, as it will generate KAYA.tar.gz file with all the necessary logs.

Windows

You can use "Collect diagnostic info" menu option in Vision Point Application:

Or you cam use the script KYInfo.bat is located in KAYA Instruments installation folder:

{%C:\Program Files%}\KAYA Instruments\Common\bin\debug_tools\KYInfo.bat

Run the script, as it will generate KAYA.zip file with all the necessary logs.
